show you that Yoga practises are for
you, even when you cannot reach your
toes.
Yoga is more than postures also known
as ´Asanas´ Meditation,breathtechniques and slowing down. Whatever your goal is, we can focus on it.

As an ex-professional athlete, the main
focus used to be workouts, strength
training and intense preperations for competitions. What about understanding the opposite for your body? Flexibility, mindfullness,balance and focus.
For over seven years, I had the incredible opportunity to compete globally as a professional athlete for the Belgian National Team, achieving the honor of becoming Belgian Champion. This journey took me to various corners of the world, being challenged in incredible environments.
After my athletic career, I pursued university and obtained a degree in Communication. However, my passion for well-being led me to India, where I immersed myself in a RYS Yoga teacher training.
I delved deeply into the history and philosophy of Yoga, enriching my understanding and practice.
Today, I want to bring this profound knowledge to students of all levels, offering tailored Yoga sessions. With a special focus on horse riders, I combine my athletic experience with my understanding of the equestrian body to provide unique, effective practices that enhance both physical and mental performance.
