As riders, we all know that it takes so much more than just sitting in the saddle. Every small detail of body movement matters to achieve the right goals.

Riding requires balance, coordination, concentration and sensitive touches to communicate and transfer aids to your horse.

As a horse rider myself, I have learnt to understand the how much riding requires from our bodies and mind. We constantly want to stay connected physically and mentally to stay connected with the horse and our environment.

The goal to stay quietly and balanced in the saddle so our horse can move freely all comes from within us.

In my Equestrian focussed classes we will explore the specific body parts that riders use and work on them while also focussing on mindfullness.
