As riders, we all know that it takes so much more than just sitting in the saddle. Every small detail of body movement matters to achieve the right goals. 

​

Riding requires balance, coordination, concentration and sensitive touches to communicate and transfer aids to your horse. 

​

As a horse rider myself, I have learnt to understand the how much riding requires from our bodies and mind. We constantly want to stay connected physically and mentally to stay connected with the horse and our environment. 

​

The goal to stay quietly and balanced in the saddle so our horse can move freely all comes from within us. 

​

In my Equestrian focussed classes we will explore the specific body parts that riders use and work on them while also focussing on mindfullness.

I had my first yoga experience with Antonia. She did a wonderful job on teaching me the essence and building up my yoga basics. As I’m a dressage rider, and so is she, she could really tailor the exercises and sessions to what I needed specifically. The yoga sessions were always a great moment where Antonia guided me to focus on myselfy, my body, my mind and my goals. As I also work in strategic consulting, it really allowed me to slow down and take the work out of my head for some time. I deeply recommend Antonia, she made a big difference on my day-to-day life!
